A Cappella is a full service, off site catering company. This means we prepare all the food in our shop and deliver it to the site of choice. It also means we can provide as little or as much service and equipment to go along with our food as necessary. Here’s an outline of what we offer.

Please note: Our association with specialty rental companies allows us access to any rental equipment required that we don’t carry in our regular stock.

Thanking you for the exceptional, fresh food yesterday. It definitely fulfilled our expectations. Everything was spectacular! The food supply was sufficient, we did not have many leftovers. The California rolls and turkey spinach wraps were a  hit and were devoured quickly. The quality of the food was impressive, everything was flavored well and was arranged aesthetically. Equipped with Alberta’s largest meat smoker, CURBSIDE is the real deal. Trained with top U.S. pitmasters to perfect the art of Texas-style barbecue – our crew is serving up melt-in-your-mouth brisket and Montreal smoked meat with serious street cred.
