A Cappella’s recipes are developed by our team of chefs from all over the world.

All sauces, stocks, and meals are made from scratch (even the legendary desserts!).
From comfort food and beef on a bun to international signature dishes – menus are created with consumer ease in planning and execution in mind.

A Cappella supports local agriculture, producers and partners including Four Whistle Farms, Gull Valley Greenhouses, Popular Bakery, Italian Centre Shop, Organic Box, Wild Game Consultants, Totally Gluten Free Bakery and Care Bakery.

Environmental Integrity

With sustainability and the community being a top priority, A Cappella prefers to use china over disposables, uses 100% biodegradable service items, recycles bottles and paper products. We have also moved to paperless invoicing.

One of our most enjoyable new additions is Curbside Food Truck! This full-scale, remote kitchen delivers everything from fried chicken and smoked meat sandwiches, to brussel sprouts, mac and cheese, fish tacos and more in record time.

We not only have a full-scale kitchen, but we have one of North America’s most state-of-the-art meat smokers. Our chefs travelled to the U.S. to study Texas-style barbeque (think Austin-style brisket and Montreal smoked meat) with pit-masters who know it best!
