A fan favourite since its launch in 2018, CURBSIDE Food Truck continues to bring the bold flavours and the efficiency A Cappella is known for – on wheels!

This full-service mobile kitchen serves up handheld crowd-pleasers like fish tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches, smoked meat, crispy brussels sprouts, mac and cheese and more – served at record speed.

Equipped with Alberta’s largest meat smoker, CURBSIDE is the real deal. Trained with top U.S. pitmasters to perfect the art of Texas-style barbecue – our crew is serving up melt-in-your-mouth brisket and Montreal smoked meat with serious street cred.

We wanted to say a big thank you to your team for everything today. The food was exceptional, and your team was kind and attentive. We’ve received numerous compliments over the afternoon- people are still talking about how great the food was. We truly appreciate all the effort that went into making it such a success. We will definitely be using A Capella for future events!

I wanted to email you to let you know how pleased we were with everything about A Cappella!  Natalie was wonderful when I called to make inquiries in regard to Easter dinner!  She was pleasant, informative and very helpful. Our food was delicious!  Our guests raved about it and we were extremely pleased with everything we ordered. The heating instructions were easy to follow. Pick up was easy and everything that should have been there was there!  Ten out of ten is our rating!  We will be contacting you for our next special occasion!  Of that I have no doubt!

I attended a workshop put on by Norquest College today when I was given one of your boxed lunches.  The turkey, Brie & apple sandwich along with the lovely cookie & nice fruit cup was delicious.  I had never heard or tried anything prepared by your company before but it was a really nice lunch!

Founded in Edmonton in 1991 by Todd Rutter, A Cappella Catering Co. has evolved. We now have over 100 employees in our kitchen and driving the 19 vans in our fleet. We can help you choose a menu selection from over 200 items to be served in anyway, from buffet-style or butler-style service to a simple drop off of assorted platters for a casual office nosh.
