Inspired by Texas BBQ, French classics, Kauaian beach food, and Portland-inspired cart fare, CURBSIDE hit the ground running with our launch in April 2018. We are excited to become one of Edmonton’s finest street vendors.​

A Cappella Catering has continually developed, evolved and grown. Our relentless pursuit of excellence over the past 25+ years has made us Edmonton’s premier catering operation. We fervently worked for 8 months to launch our latest project: CURBSIDE Food Truck! Our talented chefs and culinary team have developed a terrific menu that will take YEG’s street food to a new level.

We will be located on the streets in YEG throughout the year! Set us as your “favorite” on the Street Food App for daily locations or check our CURBSIDE website www.curbsideyeg.ca.

Please Note:

Earth-friendly disposable dishes can be added to your order for a nominal charge. Delivery and retrieval costs will be added based on location, time and size of the order. If hot food is part of an order, chafing dishes will be sent to keep the meal hot and fresh while serving. The cost depends on the size of the group. On-site service is also available for larger groups. China, glassware and stainless cutlery is available by request GST is added to the total on all orders. Orders need to be placed prior to 11 am on the previous business day.

One of our most enjoyable new additions is Curbside Food Truck! This full-scale, remote kitchen delivers everything from fried chicken and smoked meat sandwiches, to brussel sprouts, mac and cheese, fish tacos and more in record time.

We not only have a full-scale kitchen, but we have one of North America’s most state-of-the-art meat smokers. Our chefs travelled to the U.S. to study Texas-style barbeque (think Austin-style brisket and Montreal smoked meat) with pit-masters who know it best!
