Founded in 1991 by Todd Rutter, A Cappella Catering Co. has grown from a small operation into Edmonton’s largest and most respected catering companies. Operating out of a state-of-the-art, 10,000 sq.ft. facility in central Edmonton, over 100 dedicated employees and a fleet of 19 delivery vans prepare meals 360 days a year.
With a menu of over 200 items and whether it’s a casual office drop-off, a buffet-style corporate luncheon, or plated dinner service for a gala or holiday party – customized service is extended for every occasion.
In 2010, Chief Operating Officer Kim Mahoney, Todd as co-owner and together they continue to lead A Cappella with a shared commitment to exceptional food and service across the greater Edmonton area.
In 2018, A Cappella Catering Co. hit the streets with CURBSIDE, a food truck offering chef-driven mobile eats. A new addition rolls out Fall 2025, with BARSIDE, a mobile cocktail bar offering full-service beverage experiences on the go.
